The You Aren't Alone Project is proud to offer Creative Wellness Retreats designed for people of all backgrounds to engage in creative expression exercises and discussions as a tool for mental health, self-care, support, and solace in a safe and collaborative environment. You do not have to be a practicing artist to attend. We just ask that you come with a creative mindset and an openness to the healing power of art and connection.
